Working with Matt Sorum (Guns n Roses/Velvet Revolver)
Imagine the time when you first got drawn in to rock n roll...now imagine being able to record with someone who took you back to those roots.
I grew up listening, and still listen to Guns n Roses and Velvet Revolver and to be able to be in the studio with someone who has essentially been a big part of your life musically is quite the honor.
Matt was the perfect drummer to use for this song as it came out pretty much like I had envisioned. There is a certain quality and unique style he has, and it just gave the song a certain vibe that it needed.
It was a very humbling moment to have him say that he really liked the song, and that is why he wanted to be an integral part of it. I am very grateful.
